1. Returns
Returns are only accepted if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive a wrong item
2. Return Process
You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video as proof

3. Refunds
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
4. Exchanges
Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not offer exchanges for size, fragrance variant, or packaging once the product has been delivered.
Please review product details carefully before placing your order. If you need assistance before purchase, feel free to contact us.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue and original packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Return Exceptions
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products with broken seals
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged upon arrival)
Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page is not eligible for return or exchange.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update our Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to our policy will be communicated on our website.
